Based in Austin, Texas and specializing in multifamily projects, CHCA is a General Contractor affiliate of Campbell-Hogue.  CHCA has built more than 1600 units in Texas since 1999 and they include communities built both for Campbell-Hogue as a developer and for clients as a third party contractor.
