- Devine Legacy on Central
- Campbell-Hogue is co-developing with Phoenix based non-profit, Native American Connections. Devine Legacy on Central, a 65 unit five story mixed income development will provide affordable flats, townhomes and lofts in Central Phoenix adjacent to a light rail stop. The $16 million project a slated to start construction in April 2010. Campbell-Hogue, acting in the capacity of owner’s rep, will provide design, development and construction overview.
